timing of peptides is so damn confusing and nobody agrees on anything lol

ok so ive been deep in this hobby for like 2 years now and the ONE thing that still drives me absolutely crazy is how every single source gives completely different info on when to take your GH peptides
like im talking ipamorelin/cjc combo here. one guy on reddit says take it ONLY fasted and wait 2 hours before eating. another dude on a different forum says timing doesnt matter that much just be consistent. then theres some "guru" on youtube who says you NEED to take it right before bed or youre basically wasting it. then another guy says morning is best because natural GH pulse or something
bro how are we supposed to optimize anything when literally nobody agrees?? and the supplier info sheets are the worst offenders. bought from 3 different vendors this year and each one has completely different dosing windows listed on their little pdf guides. one says 30 mins before bed, one says 45-60 mins, one says just take it whenever lol
i get that were all doing research here and nothings officially studied in humans the way we use it but COME ON. at least have some consistency. feels like half these vendors just copy paste info from somewhere and dont even check if its accurate
not trying to be that guy but this is why people get frustrated and dont see results. you spend good money on peptides and then cant even figure out the basic protocol because the info is all over the place
